These exclusives combined with Wider Belt Widths, Heated Air Recovery and High Density make Powerhouse the ultimate infrared / convection drying system.
Compare for yourself, Powerhouse dryers out-produce comparably sized dryers. For plastisol inks estimated hourly curing capabilities are 200~300 for 2608, 400~500 for 3011, 600~800 for 4013 and 1000+ for Powerhouse 5217. You will be surprised with the faster belts speeds you can achieve with Powerhouse dryers.
Powerhouse's Medium-Wave IR Elements transfer heat energy more efficiently than conventional ceramic panels. Providing maximum durability, Powerhouse's elements utilize the same type of element wire found in conventional ceramic elements.
With a flip of a switch, Flash Phrase speeds production by quickly raising ink and garment temperatures. Flash Phrase fully powers the first heat zone for faster curing. The remaining heat zones are then monitored by the digital heat control for a gentle final cure. This is particular useful for faster curing on heavy or bulky items such as sweatshirts.
Maximum Watts Per Square Inch=Maximum Production Output. High Watt Desity creates medium wave infrared heat, enabling Powerhouse to keep up with the most demanding production needs. A larger oven does not necessarily faster belt speed. While oven area (belt-width x oven length) does impact a dryers curing capacity, most other dryers are underpowered as compared to the Powerhouse.
Powerhouse's modular design allows it to grow as your increased production needs increase (3011, 4013 & 5217 Models Only). You can easily add additional oven modules to increase production without having to buy another dryer.
